I was lucky enough to experience Bhainsrorgarh Fort for the first time in the best possible way. I took an epic boat safari from Kota (in two separate stages on the river!); passing under immense sandstone cliffs, where hundreds of endangered vultures nested; before arriving under the imposing ramparts of Bhainsrorgarh Fort; surely one of the most romantic Rajasthan Hotels. We were met in a 1940’s open jeep and with the wind and sun on our skin, we climbed up from the river bank and passed through the narrow streets of Bhainsrorgarh itself. Shy smiles greeted us and we were transported back hundreds of years to a feudal Mewar city. It’s hard to describe the beauty of a stay at Bhainsrorgarh, so why not come and check it out for yourself.
